The Tea House is a minority and women-owned dispensary in Central Vermont, focused on minority representation, social equity, and a holistic approach for its clientele. THE ASK:

When founder Miriam was selected as one of Vermont’s few social equity recipients, she needed a strategic and creative partner to bring her vision to life. She wanted to build a brand that championed social equity, community, and wellness all while navigating the marketing complexities in a highly regulated industry in an emerging market.

Caroline and the Rewolf team were tasked with crafting a holistic brand and marketing ecosystem from concept to launch. Through strategic brand-building and organic growth, The Tea House’s social media following grew to 1,000 followers in three months and 3,600 within a year. Caroline’s team ran Miriam’s social media for over three years, and adapted swiftly to routine compliance and regulatory changes, through agile problem-solving across all channels.

The Tea House became the highest grossing dispensary in Vermont, resonating greatly with the local market, and remains one of the most popular and high traffic dispensaries in the Upper Valley region of Central Vermont.
